ABOUT JOEY

Photography is my way of capturing the fleeting moments I encounter while traveling. For 2 decades leading a design team & traveling for international business, I’ve come to appreciate the culture and perspective of unique, vibrant, and distinctive places. These journeys, combined with my lifelong passion for art & creativity, ignited a love for photography, allowing me to preserve the beauty and stories of each destination through my lens.

I find ways to expand weekend itineraries, seek new adventures, and chase the perfect light of unguarded moments that tell a story. My photography reflects my artistic perspective, shaped by years of painting and designing. My studies and degree of composition, color theory, and story telling are the foundation I use to find the uniqueness in our world. Whether I’m composing apparel ideas or experimenting with oil paints for a gallery show, I’m driven by a need to create and share.
